By downloading, installing, or using the RailLog application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.
RailLog is a mobile application designed to help users organize and track their train journeys. The Application allows users to manage trips, view travel history, analyze statistics, and sync data with a calendar.
Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application on your personal devices.

The Application and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the property of RailLog or its content suppliers and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
The use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Application offers premium features available by subscription. Subscription terms are governed by the App Store or Google Play Store terms of sale, depending on your platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RailLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by removing the Application from your device. We may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms.
This EULA is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
